Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
Cells connect by an X must sum to 10 and those separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all X and V clues are provided.

Must have came back to this puzzle 4 or 5 times and never got further than a few basic pencil-marks on the arrows - gave it a shot today and was a 13m solve. Weird how that happens.
