  • Normal Killer Sudoku rules apply.Digits may not repeat within a cage and must sum to the total given.The killer cage totals must be shown on the top-leftmost grid of the killer cage.Note that all killer cage totals are given in this puzzle, and killer cages may not intersect or overlap
  • Partial lighting Fog of War apply.
  • Misty Doublers: There are exactly 9 doublers in the grid.One in each row/col/box.. Only the Doublers will act as light sources.The value in the doubler cell is doubled and each digit 1-9 is doubled exactly once. Doubler cell will light up a 3x3 area centered on it. The layout of doublers must clear all fog areas. To achieve this, some areas are initially not covered by fog.

Diffidult one, especially the beginning.
For clear rule, suggest to add the description something like "The killer cage totals must be shown on the top-leftmost grid of the killer cage."
