Xs and Os [Parity, Whispers, Palindromes]

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.Tic Tac Toe: Each box in the grid is a filled tic tac toe board (Odd vs Even), with exactly one winning line (3 in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally), and that winning line contains the box number.
Parity Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5, and must have different parity.
Parity Palindromes: Digits along a grey line read the same from either end, and adjacent digits must have different parity. For clarity, both palindromes are straight lines through r3c3.

Solution code: The digits on the winning lines in each box (in order from box 1 to 9). Digits should be read left-to-right, or top-to-bottom if the line is vertical. There should be 27 digits, with no spaces.
