Going in Circles

I had an idea of combining Arrows, German Whispers and Diagonal constraints to produce some nice logic and I ended up with Going in Circles. The logic of this puzzle is quite hard but is very rewarding and enjoyable when fully understood. I hope you enjoy the puzzle and any feedback is appreciated.

Rules:
1) Normal Sudoku rules apply:
Place the digits 1-9 into each cell of the grid. None of the rows, columns or boldly outlined 3x3 boxes contain repeated digits.

2) Normal Arrows rules apply:
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by other rules.

3) Normal German Whispers rules apply:
Adjacent digits along each green German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.

4) Normal Diagonal rules apply:
Digits along diagonals must not repeat.
