Minimax sudoku

Inspired by a clover Patreon minimax puzzle.
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Each row, column, and region indicated by thick borders in the grid must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Minimax: Each clue is the sum of the largest and smallest digit out of the three digits closest to the clue in that row/column.

Solution code: Rows 2 and 6. I.e. the 9 digits in row 2 from left to right, followed by the 9 digits in row 6 from left to right, for example: 123456789123456789
