- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer cages: Digits in a killer cage do not repeat and sum to the clue in the top left.
- Little killer: Digits on a marked diagonal sum to the clue outside of the grid. (If there is no conflict with other rules, digits may repeat on a diagonal.)
- Dots: Digits joined by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. (Not all black dots are given.)
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Solution code: Row 5 followed by Column 5, from left to right resp. from top to bottom (no space or comma, 18 digits in total)

Exquisite. So sparse to pack in so much useful information. At first glance it looks hopeless, but closer inspection reveals so much.
