Rules
  • 1.Normal Rules apply.
  • 2.Every arrow have at least one arrow pointing to it in the opposite direction(Including the ? clues outside). The difference between a pair of arrows pointing to each other equals to the Distance(cell center to cell center)between them. Arrow pairs have been colored for better visibility when filled/pencilmarked.Not all possible arrows are given
  • 3.The ?s outside of the grid can represent any number.More about how the ?s work can be known along the way.
  • In case you found out what the ?s are about but havent played that genre of sudokus before, I included the rules of some variants involving outside clues in the comments.

This was an interesting constraint, but the puzzle felt more like a 5★. Still, nice puzzle!

I'm working through this series of puzzles and so far I'm very pleased! This was a joy. I struggled a bit to wrap my head around the rules, and miscounted several times before I got the hang of it. Thanks again!

Some rules involving outside grid clues:
X-sums: a number outside the grid gives the sum of the first X digits along the row or column, where X is the first of those digits.

Sandwich: The clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 in the respective row or column.

Numbered Room:Digits outside the grid are numbered rooms clue. That digit must be placed in the Nth cell in that direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.

Skyscrapers: Digits in the grid represent heights of skyscrapers. Clues outside of the grid indicate the number of skyscrapers visible in that row/column, looking in the direction starting from the clue.
