Entropic Arrows

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply
- Digits with a black dot between them have a ratio of 1:2
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle
- Additionally, arrows are entropic lines NOT including the circle, meaning digits on an arrow must come from different strata of low (123), middle (456) and high (789).
