Following up on my previous puzzle, find here a second puzzle with the same rules.

Rules:

  • Normal Sashigane rules apply:
Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells (representing Sashigane, a Japanese carpenter's square). Each region must be an L shape with a width of one cell. Arrows must lie at one end of an L and point toward the bend. Circles must lie at the bend of an L, and if one contains a number, the L inside must contain the indicated amount of cells.
  • Additionally, shade some Sashigane (the whole L-shaped region must either be fully shaded or unshaded) such that the shaded and unshaded cells form a Yin-Yang pattern:
    • All shaded cells and all unshaded cells must be orthogonally connected.
    • No 2x2 region may be fully shaded or unshaded.

Puzzle can be tried on Penpa+ here

Solution code: From top to bottom, the number of different L in each row. Followed by column 3 shading of each cell top to bottom, "S" for shaded, "U" for unshaded. 10 digits followed by 10 letters, no space, no comma.

Another fun hybrid! It was quite cool how the two rule sets ended up interacting.
