I think the difficulty level for this one is 3-4/5. Please let me know how you found it.
Standard sudoku rules apply: each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9.
Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by the other rules.
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal. Digits may repeat along the diagonal if allowed by the other rules.
Solution code: Enter row 3 followed by row 9 with no spaces.

Nice puzzle! Really enjoyed the math involved and the break in. I'd say it was a 3/5 difficulty for me.

Thank you, EPH, this is a great puzzle! I found it relatively hard, but really fun to solve. Although I correctly guessed what the break-in should be, it took me quite some time to figure it out.
