Between Palindropes

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Additionally:
Anti-knight: cells a chess knight's move apart cannot contain the same digit.
Palindromes: digits along grey lines read the same in both directions.
Between lines: cells along lines between two filled circles must have values between those in the circles. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Little killer: clues outside the grid show the sum of all the digits along their respective diagonals.
