Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Whispers: neighbouring digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5
Between Lines: cells along lines between two filled circles must have values between those circles
Arrows: digits on an arrow must sum to the attached circle
Killer Cages: digits within a cage must sum to the number in the upper left corner and cannot repeat.
Little Killer Cages: digits along a diagonal marked by an external clue must sum to the number that points that diagonal (digits can repeat if allowed by other rules)
