I felt a bit conflicted judging the difficulty... it took me 28 minutes to get a digit in, then another 15 to finish the rest (I went with 3/5 because 2.75 was not an option, haha)
No doubt though, this is a great puzzle, the interaction between X's and arrows is brilliant, so thanks for setting :)

Fun solve. I agree, the break-in takes a bit of thinking, but then it falls over in a really lovely way. Thanks for sharing!
