Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
German whispers: Along a green line, any two neighboring digits must differ by at least 5.
Killer cages: The digits in a cage sum to some number. In this puzzle, every cage has the same sum, which must be determined by the solver. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
