Column Indexer: Digits in shaded cells are the column index of the shaded cell's column, in that row. e.g. The digit in R7C2 is the column index of the 2 in row 7.
Not all shaded cells are given.

Nice mix of killer cages and indexing cells. Provided for some very interesting logic. A bit challenging but very rewarding, quite entertaining.. Thanks.
