Friendly Fire

Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Normal Kropki pairs rules apply - digits separated by a black dot must have a 1:2 ratio. Not all black dots are given.
Place every possible type of non-repeating 3-cell standard sudoku arrow in the grid (e.g. 9=8+1, 8=5+3, but not 4=2+2 because 2 repeats).
For each arrow, the sum digit and both arrow digits must all be placed on friendly cells. Arrows may connect orthogonally or diagonally, may share cells, and may cross one another without issue.

Terminology (standard definitions):
*Friendly cell: a cell containing a digit equal to its row, column, or 3x3 box number.
*Standard sudoku arrow: a single circled digit orthogonally or diagonally adjacent to a group of orthogonally or diagonally connected "arrow" cells. The digits on the arrow cells must sum to the value in the circled cell.

Penpa (recommended - it has all arrow options listed out on the side for tracking)

Wow, amazing how this leads to a unique solution! A slow burner that picks up pace later in the solve.

This one was extremely tough for me, but very rewarding. And very impressive setting that such a minimalist grid results in a unique solution!

Great puzzle, very nice use of the Friendly cell constraint. When you know where to look it's not *that* brutal. Extremely easy to make a mistake, though. Really enjoyed it, thank you!
