Dutch Magic

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. The two main diagonals may not have repeating digits.

Dutch whispers: Two adjacent digits along the orange line must have a difference of at least 4.

Quadruples: The digits in a circle must appear in the cells surrounding it.

Arrow sudoku: Digits along an arrow add to the digit in the circle at the end of the arrow.

A magic square consists of the digits 1-9, once each, arranged in a 3x3 grid such that every row, column and long diagonal in the square sums to 15.

In this puzzle, the central cell of the grid is the central cell of a magic square. Each other cell of the magic square is equally far from the center, along a vertical, horizontal or diagonal line.

Use two of the corners of the magic square to draw two arrows each. One corner is the circle for two arrows, each going in a straight line to one of the two nearest magic square cells. The other corner is the tip of two straight arrows, whose circles are the two nearest magic square cells. An example of how the magic square might look:
