Normal Sudoku rules apply
German Whispers: Adjacant cells along green lines must differ by at least 5. Digits can repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Numbered Rooms: Clues outside the grid indicate the digit to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit in the first cell in that direction.
Can be played online at f-puzzles or CTC
Solution code: Row 3 (left to right) followed by column 7 (top to bottom). 18 digits, no spaces.

Beautiful construction, very nice interactions between the seemingly sparse clues (though the design kinda hurt my eyes a bit :o)
