Numbered Rooms vs X-Sums

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Every clue outside the grid is EITHER a Numbered rooms clue OR an X-sums clue OR both at the same time (to be determined by the solver).
- A Numbered rooms clue indicates the digit which has to be placed in the Xth cell in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
- An X-sums clue indicates the sum of the digits of the first X cells in its row or column, where X is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
