Rules:
Digits on an arrow sum to the total in the attached circle, two digit sums read from left to right.
Digits on the line between the two smaller circles (located in row 2, columns 4 and 6) must be numerically between the digits in the circles at the ends.
Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
