Normal Sudoku rules apply. Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all dots are given.

After I got stuck for several times, I finally figured out the real meaning of the name "numeric interference". By eliminating the impossible combination in the killer cage in the same row/column/box, I finally successfully solved the good puzzle!
