Rules :
1) Normal Sudoku Rules: each row, column, and box contain the digits from 1 through 9 with no repeats.
2) Arrow Sudoku Rules: digits along an arrow must sum to the number in its circle.
3) Killer Sudoku Rules: digits in cages sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.

I liked the start of this very much, involving so many parts of the grid at once yet with a clear thematic idea.

Neat construction! I had fun solving this one, the interaction between the arrows and cages is just brilliant. It solves smoothly after spotting the break-in trick. I hope it gets more attention.
