Circuit Flow

In my opinion, the difficulty should be on the lower side of 4/5 but I still put it at 4/5 in the final decision and of course it can be changed. I hope you enjoy!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- A black dot implies 1:2 ratio relationship between two cells, a white dot implies consecutive relationship between two cells. Not all dots are given.
- Blue lines in the grid with diamonds attached to them are lockout lines: Digits in the diamonds (endpoints) must have difference by at least 4; digits along the line must be different than endpoint values and must not lie between them (digits can repeat on the line if allowed by other rules).
To clarify more, the line from R2C8 goes straight in col 8 and ends at R4C8; the line from R3C7 goes through the intersection and ends at R6C9.

Very nice construction. Took a little thought for me to get going but once it started, it was a smooth solve all the way. I would put it in the 3-3.5 range for me (but i am more familiar with lockouts)

Very nice interactions and a pretty smooth solution path. For the difficulty, I think 3 stars is fair.
