Neighbour Sets Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from Morla.
Solve online in Penpa+ (thx Dandelo!)
Apply classic sudoku rules.
There are three sets of digits: {123}, {456} and {789}. Grey cells have no horizontal or vertical adjacent cells containing a digit from the same set as the digit in that cell. White cells have at least one horizontal or vertical adjacent cell containing a digit from the same set as the digit in that cell.
Solution code: Row 9, followed by column 4.

etwas ist nicht ganz klar, ich nehme an, ein weisses Kästchen neben einem grauen darf auch kein Element des grauen Kästchens enthalten?

Sometimes I am puzzled as a puzzle setter too. Why is this puzzle rated so much lower than the last 40 SVS-puzzles? While constructing and testing this one I had as much fun as always, but somehow this type doesn't have it???

@henrypijames: it never crossed my mind doing something else than grey cells. This variant was inspired by the puzzle type Neighbours, invented by my puzzle friend Hns Eendebak. In this type the cells are marked grey as well. You can find an older example here:

Using circles instead of grey might have been a better choice for usability, as it allows the solver to color. And that's what I did first thing: putting circles on all grey cells to mark them before I [REDACTED].
