The Struggle
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits on arrows sum to the number in its circle. Digits may repeat on such arrows.
Black dots separate digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all such dots may be given.

Puzzle:
Solution code: Row 6 (left to right) and column 6 (top to bottom); 18 digits, not spaces.
