Parity Lines

(Published on 8. March 2022, 14:39 by ExFalsoQuodlibet)

Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition:

Parity lines: Each line has two circles. One of these circles gives the total number of odd digits on the line, and the other circle gives the total number of even digits on the line. Both of these totals include the digits in the circles. For each line, the solver must determine which circle counts the even digits and which counts the odd digits. Digits may repeat along a line if allowed by the other rules.

Cages: Digits in a cage sum to the given total.

Good one! Interesting that odd digits can indicate the number of even cells and vice versa! Needed a restart because I fell into that trap the first time! :-)

That was a great puzzle. Very satisfying for the extra effort in working with a new ruleset.
