159 Sandwiches Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from RockyRoer.
Solve online in F-Puzzles (thx RockyRoer!) or in Penpa+ (thx henrypijames!)
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of all the digits in the corresponding row or column between the digits 1 and 5, 1 and 9 or 5 and 9. Hence, for the set of digits {91365} the possible, valid clues are 0, 9 and/or 10. Multiple clues per row or column are placed in ascending order and not necessarily in the order they appear in the grid.
Solution code: Row 9, followed by column 8.

Very nice! My solve this time was luckily a lot less dramatic than when I solved the RockyRoer puzzle. Broke that one at least three or four times, haha!
