X-sums Chaos Construction

I've been wanting to set a Chaos Construction sudoku for a while, and this is my first one:
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply,
The regions are to be deduced.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the cells up until the first region boundary from that side,
the first digit in the grid from that side is always equal to the number of cells up until the first region boundary seen from that side, even if the clue is a ?.
Along the thermo digits increase from the bulb end.
