A Skewed Windoku Configuration

Skewindoku
This week's puzzle is meant to showcase a different style of Windoku cage arrangement (which may or may not have been used before). I was not able to make a similar arrangement of 12 XV and ratio pairs to work with the usual Windoku arrangement, and so I was fascinated by it.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits cannot repeat within cages.
Cells joined by :
- a black dot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio,
- a V sum to 5, and
- an X sum to 10.
Not all such dots, or V/X may be given.
