Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow.
(note that R9C6 is a 3 cells arrow)
The lines in the grid are palindrome lines, i.e. digits along that line form a sequence of digits that reads the same as forwards and backwards (e.g. 12321, 942249...).

17 down 23 to go. This was harder than most. However it ranks in my top 5 of all puzzles that I have attempted. Lots of interesting logic throughout.
