Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits on an arrow must sum to the number in the arrow's circle.
Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black dot must contain digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots may be given.
In cages, digits cannot repeat.
Solution code: Row 8 (left to right) and row 9 (left to right) without spaces.
