Doubling Lines Killer Sudoku

A ruleset idea I've been toying with! I hope you enjoy. :)
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits along lines must appear exactly twice along the line. Digits in marked cages must not repeat, and must sum to the total in the top left corner (if given).
Solution code: Row 6, followed by column 6.
