X Marks (all) the Black Dots

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Digits separated by an X must add to 10. ALL BLACK DOTS AND X's ARE GIVEN. (No negative constraint applies to white dots or V's.)
Negative constraints are a new experience for me, so I would love any feedback you have!
Solution code: Column 1 followed by row 9, no spaces or punctuation
