Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits sandwiched between 1 and 9 in the relevant row or column.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the circled digit.

Btw you accidently added the "standard puzzle" label/icon which is for a classical sudoku without any variant rules. Since this puzzle combines "Arrows (Variant)" and "Sandwich (Variant)" rules, can you replace it with the "Variant combination" label/icon?
