Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cells between which there is a white dot contain consecutive digits; Cells with a black dot contain digits in a ratio of 2:1. The middle cells in the eight outer boxes contain four different digits, each exactly twice. The same digits in each of these eight fields are not in the same row, column, or diagonal. For example, the digit in the central cell of Box 6 must also be in the central cell of either Box 1 or Box 7.

Hmmm I got stuck a long time forgetting about the knight's move for like 20 minutes. Once I remembered that I got a lot done very quickly and then got stuck. Eventually I had to just gamble on a number and follow the steps until I broke the puzzle, then return take the other choice and solved. I don't know if I could have logicked my way out of that bit at the end other than just trying a number following an 8-9 number chain to see it broke.

Re-worded the rules to try to clarify them when translated into German. Apologize that I do not speak German.

Nice, smoothly flowing puzzle. But by no means 4 stars. I finished in about half the time I usually solve most 2-3 stars here.

Added picture to show meaning of center value knight's move constraint. If 4 is known in the red cell, one of the 2 pink cells is also a 4.
