This puzzle is a spiritual successor to Periodic Dagonals, as they use the same global constraints. I don't think there is any need to solve that one before this, but if you want some practice...

Rules

Standard Sudoku Rules apply

Toroidal Diagonals : Digits cannot repeat on the same positive diagonal; diagonals are periodic, that is they continue on the opposite side when they reach the border.

Killer Cages Cages show the sum of the digits; digits cannot repeat inside a cage

Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit inside the arrow head

An inequality sign between two cages, point to the smallest digit

Very nice logic. Took me a bit to figure out how the puzzle should be approached due to the clever ruleset.
