Rangierte Schräglinien (Ranked Diagonals)

(Published on 31. July 2021, 18:15 by glum_hippo)

Standard Sudoku rules are in effect, i.e., each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once.

The clues are not sums! Rather, all of the 34 diagonals in the grid are ranked by their sum. 1 points to the smallest sum, and 34 points to the largest sum. No two sums are equal.

While the resulting grid was found with the help of a computer (thanks, Feadoor!), the solution path is definitely intended for (patient) humans!

This puzzle can be solved in the F-Puzzles app.

Solution code: The 4th row, followed by the 4th column (18 digits total)
