Tetris Clones (Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. There are four different-shaped clone regions, inspired by the game Tetris. Digits that appear in one part of a clone must appear in exactly the same position in the other part. Unlike in Tetris, you may *not* rotate the clone shapes. :-) Each of the digits in a quadruple constraint (the little circles) must appear in at least one of its four surrounding cells. Comments welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

Das ideale Puzzle für Beginner um der Klon-Logik näher zu kommen, man hat daran zu knabbern, beißt sich aber nicht die Zähne daran aus.

Definitely a brain exercise if you're not used to clone regions, but not overly taxing. Very enjoyable!

I really enjoyed this puzzle, not needlessly hard but still had some fun logic to it :)
