Cage of Secrets

Standard Sudoku rules apply.
The sum of the numbers in the cells contained in a cage is divisible by the number of cells in the cage. Numbers cannot repeat in cages.
The difference between the numbers that appear in cells separated by a dot is given in the dot.
An inequality sign between two cells points to the smaller number.
