Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply
2. Each colored region must have the same exact digits in the same exact positions with the other same colored region
3. Digits cannot repeat in cages
4. Digits along arrows sum to the number in the circle
5. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive
6. Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
7. Not all dots are given
