It my be clear for you (and for someone who solves a lot of sudokus), but I myself needed to guess the rules a bit (especially: Am I only allowed to "rotate" the quadruple or change order in any possible way?)
Just as a suggestion: Maybe it sometimes is better to write down the full rules, even if you think they are redundant, because there may always be one who does not know them :)
Apart from that, I really liked the (quite easy) logic in this puzzle :D
