RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Killer Sudoku rules apply. The sum of all numbers in a cage (marked with dashed lines) must match the small number printed in its corner. No number appears more than once in a cage.
Little Killer Sudoku rules apply. Digits in the diagonal pointed at by an arrow, sum up to the 2-digit number in one of the grey cell blocks (a.k.a. one of Bebop's nostrils, reading from left to right).
Other than the grey cell blocks, coloring is just design.
