Chaos SharpShooter

This one is inspired by
Leyrann's Sharpshooter Sudoku.
I used the idea behind the sudoku and tried to put a spin on it using Irregular regions.
CHAOS SHARPSHOOTER
Rules:
1. Normal Irregular Rules Apply.
2. Normal Killer Rules Apply. The digits must sum to the given sum total and must not repeat in the cage.
3. Normal Arrow Rules Apply.
