Slingshot Sudoku
Inspiration for this type comes from stephane.bura.
Solve online in Penpa+. Thx to SudokuExplorer.
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Arrows in the grid point from a cell with digit N towards
the same digit N, where the digit in the cell with the arrow indicates how many cells the digit N is away from
the cell with the arrow, without counting the cell with the arrow itself.
Solution code: Row 9, followed by column 2.
