The Auditors prefer tidy sums, so when they got hold of my puzzle, they rounded all of my clues to the nearest five.

All clues (including the given digits!) in the grid are rounded to the nearest 5
For example: 1 and 2 would round to 0
3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 would round to 5
8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 would round to 10
And so on.

The given digits work normally for sudoku, but follow the other rules as arrow clues.

Rules:

1. Classic: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Arrow: The sum of the digits along the arrow round to the number in the bulb.
3. Killer: Digits may not repeat in a cage. The sum of the digits in the cages must round to the number in the top left corner of the cage.
4. Kropki:
   • On white dots, digits are consecutive.
   • On black dots, one digit is twice the other.
   • Not all possible dots are given

Note: This puzzle has changed slightly. I removed a clue that was causing a lot of confusion for many solvers.
It is still logically solvable.
