Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits along the marked diagonal, and digits may repeat along these diagonals. Digits along the grey lines form palindromes, i.e., they must be read the same in both directions. Digits in the cage are either both odd or both even.

Very nice! I think, you don't need the 42 little killer clue. The numbers in that diagonal can be deducted otherwise.
