Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along arrows must sum to the corresponding two-digit circled "bulbs," read from left to right. For all arrow clues, digits must increase from bulb end to arrow end, including the digits in the bulb (i.e. 21 and 22 are not a valid bulb totals, since 2 is not greater than 1 or 2). The box with a grey circle indicates an odd digit. The digit in R2C2 is greater than its four orthogonally adjacent digits.
