Red Herring? (Killer Palindrome Sudoku)

While the Flossen on this Fisch aren't anatomically correct, don't let that fool you into not thinking this isn't not a Red Herring...
RULES:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2. Killer Cages - Digits within a cage sum to the small number in the upper left. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
3. Palindrome - Digits along the fish-shaped red line form a palindrome, i.e. 123454321
Solution code: Row 9 and Column 8, no spaces or punctuation (i.e., 123456789123456789).
