Don't Touch (an evolution of Nonconsecutive Arrows)

While playing with my previous puzzle, I created this solvable arrangement of arrows using the same break-in and a slightly different final grid.
Digits on arrows sum to the digit in the connected circle. Cells that share an edge cannot contain consecutive digits.
