Kropki XV Puzzle (Oops! No clues!)

There were four types of clues in the puzzle:
- X is placed between two cells that add to 10
- V is placed between two cells that add to 5
- a white circle is placed between two consecutive cells
- a black circle is placed between two cells with a 2:1 ratio
The number on the edge closest to the clue tells exactly how many of that type of clue must be placed in the specified row or column, so that in that row/column, all possible clues of that type are given. However, there is no information implied about rows/columns without a symbol, so no negative constraint exists there.
Solution code: 4th Row from left to right and 7th column from top to bottom (18 digits)
